In 1980, Robert and Pamela Keim laid down the roots for Last Chance Janitor Service Ltd.: they raised the bar with respect to the standard in commercial cleaning.  Exceptional cleaning, long standing contracts, and long term employees paved the way to this high industry standard.

In 1998, Dave Zwirsky, a long-term employee of Last Chance, became the General Manager.  Over the next 10 years Pamela and Dave successfully expanded the company to include the cleaning of large retail outlets and the cleaning and care of grocery store floors.
